Who is Coach Zach?

Zach is the founder of the Minimum Effective Training (MET) Method and an online fitness transformation coach. He is currently pursuing a graduate degree to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy and holds a bachelor’s in Bioengineering with a minor in Biology. A former Division 1 collegiate athlete and tennis player for over 20 years, Zach brings both academic expertise and athletic experience into his coaching.

Zach specializes in lifestyle transformations founded upon the minimum-effective dose—an evidence-based framework that delivers long-term, sustainable results that balance fitness with real life. Passionate about helping the general population, Zach tailors protocols to individual needs so clients can achieve their health and fitness goals without sacrificing balance.

His flexible approach works for beginners to advanced athletes, including:
